Today is day 2 of the National Conference on Equine Law in Lexington, KY. (Next year will be at Keeneland.) The sessions concern tax, cloning, "The Derby", litigation, ethics (I am on that panel), insurance, and racing stewards.

A horsemanship law will definitely prevent and stop the illegal things happening in equine world. Due to countless articles I’ve read, this law is a great help.
